About Kudozi

Kudozi is provided by Matthew Mosses (“we”, “us” or “our”). Kudozi helps families organise jobs, record Kudos and manage family-defined rewards. These terms sit alongside Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which governs the app licence.

Adult responsibility

A parent, carer or other responsible adult must create and administer each Kudozi family. The organiser is responsible for profile invitations, jobs, rewards, supervision of children’s use and the accuracy of family information.

Kudos and rewards

Kudos are an in-app family score. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or a financial product and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the family. Adults are solely responsible for deciding, approving and providing rewards, including any reward described in monetary terms. Kudozi does not hold funds or process those family rewards.

Trial and subscription

When subscriptions become available, Kudozi will offer eligible customers a 14-day free trial followed by an annual auto-renewable subscription. The UK price is planned to be £7.99 per year; Apple will display the applicable local price before confirmation. Payment will be charged to the purchaser’s Apple Account when the trial ends unless cancelled. The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

The purchaser can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Kudozi does not cancel a subscription. Eligibility for a free trial is determined by Apple and is normally limited to one introductory offer per subscription group. Apple handles App Store billing and refunds under its terms and applicable consumer law.

One active organiser subscription is intended to cover one Kudozi family and its invited profiles through Kudozi's family access system. The subscription is not shared through Apple Family Sharing.

Expiry

When a trial or subscription expires, active features may be paused. We will not deliberately delete family information merely because access expires. Adults will retain reasonable access needed to view, manage or delete family information and to restore or restart a subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Kudozi, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass subscription verification, use it unlawfully, or use invitations to give unauthorised people access to private family information.

Availability

We aim to keep Kudozi reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Device, internet, iCloud or Apple service availability may affect syncing, invitations, notifications and purchases. Keep appropriate independent records of anything important.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kudozi is provided without guarantees beyond applicable consumer rights, and we are not responsible for family reward arrangements, supervision decisions, or indirect losses arising from use or unavailability of the app.
